Gradually hammatan is here with us...
Gradually hammatan is here with us...
Gradually, hammatan is here with us with varying degrees of air pollution and the attendant health implications in addition to the existing poor air challenges.
In 2016, World Health Organization (WHO) estimated ambient air pollution death related at 4.2 million. In barely 4 years, it gulped to 6.6 million.
This isn't to scare anyone but to call our minds to wisdom as to how human health is tied to the environment.
December is here with us with much merriment in and across places.
We can chose to be intentional on how we spill dust and other air pollutants on ourselves. Remember, the hard consequences metamorphosis over time.
Health is wealth! We crave good health as much as possible. We owe ourselves the singular good of being kind to our body systems.
As much as we don't see it neither can we guage the capacity of our body systems to absorb pollution, I can categorically tell you that our body systems has limited capacity to absorb pollution. When it breaks down, it's not always as strong as it used to be.
Least to say is the burden it will put on our non existing health facilities. Where's even the resources to expend when there's a breakdown.
It takes less time to do things right than to explain why it was ill done!
Whole Planet Initiative admonishes us today to be intentional in our interaction with the environment.
