Only if we understand the implications of open defecation on our health, economy and the environment; maybe we'd appreciate the content. As a matter of fact, we'd do ourselves a great good if we abstain from acts that pollute and degrade the environment. To me, I believe we can achieve it with our collective efforts. All stakeholders are needed to behave responsibly. The government making public convenience available in notable place. The landlord also build houses without compromising the comfort of their tenants. Everyone abiding by the rule of using appropriate convenience to pass waste. Groups and communities taking responsibility of the environmental issues in their domain. We'd achieve more. In all, we do this to help ourselves not the government.
