This time last year the world...

This time last year, the world was locked down in spite of the skyrocketing technological advancements the world has made. This is a soft reminder that the Mother Earth retains her superiority. She does well to accommodate human and his excesses which is not without consequences yet. As human, we cultivate, we build, we innovate! All on the planet earth. It is so good we do this but better if we operate within the sinking capacity of the environment. It's even best when we give back to the Mother Earth to aid her reproductive capacity to accommodate us more. Alas, reverse has being the case over decades. We daily exhibit our infinitesimal strength on the Environment that host us. Please, where was that strength when Mr Covid-19 placed embargo on human activities for months? That is to tell us that the Mother Earth holds the Remote Control of the environment and uses it whenever human excesses pass boundaries. God forbid Covid-19-like event in the world again. Humanity forbid it as well. Prayers isn't enough. We are much needed to care for the Mother Earth. Her sinking capacity is depreciating faster. If this sounds abstract to you, kindly consider the events around you. Only if you ain't gonna be mean with the truth, you'll agree with me that: 👉 The heat waves in the last months doubles the previous years! 👉 Weather events have lost pattern! 👉 Land productivity is diminishing! 👉 Fruits trees have lost seasons! 👉 Diseases of various kinds are ravaging! 👉 Water scarcity is complicating human stress! 👉 Dust is taking over places! 👉👉👉👉👉👉Add the ones you notice in your environment. These are pointers to the deteriorating state of our habitat (Our common home) Every 22 of April presents us a golden opportunity to reminisce on our common habitat (Earth Planet), how we inherited it, the present state and what we want to bequeath to the future generations.
