In a bid to satisfy the insatiable wants of man, human device technologies that are environmentally unfriendly which posit a great threat to lives on land and below water. Today, plastic materials invented for packaging and repackaging threaten not only humans but also animals, aquatic resources and their habitats. Hence, WHOLE PLANET INITIATIVE seeks to address environmental hazards. As part of our organisation objectives to rescue lives and properties of all that exist, we engage in plastic pickups on the streets and also the water channels that lead into oceans and seas in order to prevent further threats to lives under water. In many cases, these plastics are sandfilled unconsciously, thereby preventing rainwater from percolating the ground, which is a precursor to flood. In another way, where these plastics mix up with debris, they block drainages which are supposed to channel water to prevent flood. At WHOLE PLANET INITIATIVE, we are committed to do more to save human lives and habitats as well as to protect the biodiversity of flora and fauna.
